Why Kichijōtech exists
Kichijōtech is not a holding page for ideas. It is the operating home for the apps and software services we actually build. That means tighter product taste, better follow-through, and fewer fake promises.

Both products are opinionated, actively developed systems, not mock brands waiting for content.
A calmer personal finance app built around transaction review, bank sync, and rule-driven automation, rather than noisy dashboards.
An interview preparation system that starts from a reusable candidate profile, then generates tailored prep for real interviews instead of generic advice.
Approach
We want software to lower cognitive load, not create it. Clear hierarchy, better defaults, and less theatrical chrome.
Black boxes are sometimes useful, but trust comes from inspectable behavior, understandable flows, and predictable edges.
We build with the assumption that we will still be maintaining the product later. That changes architecture, product scope, and taste.

About
The name comes from Kichijōji, a part of Tokyo associated with quiet quality, character, and craft. That framing matters to us. We would rather build a few products properly than scatter energy across ten forgettable launches.
The company exists to design, develop, and operate software services under a single, durable identity, for our own products and for carefully chosen client work.
